The first fully functional robot waiter is here!

We are proud to present OddyBot, the first fully functional and advanced robot waiter, capable of performing all waiter tasks while being fully integrated with Anima - Menu. Customers can call the robot using a special button or a QR code available at the table. With the help of its 14-inch HD high-resolution screen or even through voice commands, customers can easily choose products from the menu, which are then printed in the main printer and the kitchen, and the order is displayed in the Anima - Menu.
The kitchen staff places dishes or drinks on one of the three trays that OddyBot carries, and it delivers them to the appropriate tables, informing customers when it arrives to pick up their meals. OddyBot then moves to the next table.
But OddyBot's abilities don't end here. The customer can call it again when they want to pay, it informs them of the total amount, and if they wish to pay by card, they can place the card in a visible spot. Once the transaction is completed, OddyBot prints the receipt from its small built-in printer.

OddyBot can also serve as an assistant waiter, carrying meals, and has additional features such as managing children's birthday parties and attracting customers. It can also be managed remotely via a mobile phone.

Anima – Menu works on a local Wi-Fi network, Cloud, and even hybrid systems. The local network avoids common issues seen with pure Cloud applications, such as delays, temporary internet outages, etc.
With the help of a mobile phone, you can remotely manage areas, such as a Beach Bar, where sunbeds are far from the local network's signal. In this case, the Internet is used in a hybrid mode. Data is stored locally, and the Internet is only used when there is no access to the local wireless network. With this powerful feature, some devices can work on the local network while others in remote locations use the Internet.

Of course, Anima – Menu also provides a Cloud connection, where data is stored remotely through the Internet. One of the key features of the application is that it does not require a central Windows computer—an Android mobile phone can directly send orders to a thermal printer.
In all cases, you can access your data from anywhere, even from your mobile phone.

The Restaurant FIMAS is the most flexible solution for managing open tables today, without the limitations and complexity of using traditional restaurant cash registers. The DataSIGN MaX 57 is the modern FIMAS in accordance with the new law 1173/22. It has an optional SD card or USB for greater security in storing tax data (a,b,c,e,d,s) and an additional UPS battery capable of handling 5000 signatures per day. It can manage unlimited tables, temporary receipts, partial payments, partial or full table transfers, product returns, and integration with EFT POS.

We all know how cumbersome restaurant cash registers have become for tasks such as table transfers, partial payments, order cancellations, etc. Connecting popular restaurant cash registers with the Anima - Menu greatly improves their usability.

The Anima - Menu includes built-in certified myDATA providers, even for B2G.
The benefits of using a certified myDATA provider include:
1. The financial documents (retail receipts, invoices, etc.) are directly submitted to the myDATA service without the need to issue a mandatory Z report at the end of each day.
2. Documents can be issued from any device, as long as there is an active internet connection.
3. The accountant’s records are updated immediately via the myDATA service, without you needing to send the daily Z report to your accountant.
4. The government offers tax incentives for using a certified myDATA provider, such as reducing the audit period for tax matters from 5 to 3 years, super-deduction of related expenses, and quicker tax refunds.

Anima – Menu offers the significant capability, if you have an Android device with NFC features, to charge a card through the app, whether it is for wireless ordering or via the computer. This way, waiters can charge a card without needing specialized POS devices while managing the account of a table or a sunbed through the app. Of course, delivery personnel will also find this an ideal tool for card management.

Order Taking and Calling a Waiter in Multiple Ways

Allow your customers to place their orders from their tables in the most modern and pleasant way, with several options. In all cases, the orders will be received by Anima - Menu after they are printed on the respective printers.

Digital Table

The premier method for sending orders. Each digital table can handle up to 4 customers simultaneously, with each customer having their own digital menu. At the end, a consolidated order will be sent for all customers. The digital table also provides other features such as calling a waiter or the OddyBot, selected games, mobile phone charging, etc.

Double or Single Tablet

The double tablet can manage up to 2 customers simultaneously, in the same way as the digital table. With a single tablet, only one customer can place an order. It also offers calling a waiter or the OddyBot.

If a customer simply wants to call a waiter or the OddyBot, they can do so by pressing a button (shelly button) or scanning a QR Code found at each table.

The Delivery feature is one of the most important in Anima – Menu, covering the entire range of its activity, from recognizing the customer's call who will place the order to the return of the delivery person who delivered the package. Anima – Menu offers many capabilities in call recognition. It can handle simple analog lines PSTN or ISDN, Cloud or VOIP telephone systems, even calls via mobile phone.
The application provides the ability to print on the order slip, the map of the customer's address, while the delivery person can view the route from their mobile phone. It also shows the distance and time required for the delivery person to reach an address as well as the optimal route for multiple orders.
You can also track where the delivery person is by viewing their current location within the app, as well as review past times to check their route.

Anima – Menu provides a very important feature, full management of Delivery, from a portable device with Android or iOS. The delivery person, with the help of their mobile phone, can use its camera and with the use of a QR code displayed on each order slip, can quickly charge one or more orders and print a receipt or invoice if desired.

Contactless Ordering with Digital Menu
